Don't take our word for it...
Bensalem Police Department, Bucks County, PA
Fred Harran, Public-safety Director
Today, 29 police departments in Bucks County, PAare part of a first-of-its-kind COBRA.net cloud-information sharing network that provides patrol and detectives with real-time access to shared records information. This unique data sharing ecosystem in the Amazon Cloud - a great potential model for other jurisdictions to follow - has meant lower costs, extremely rapid deployment and fewer IT headaches. As a result, Bucks County was able to bring 21 new departments using different RMS platforms on-line in the Bucks County COBRA.net ecosystem in just months - a timeline that, until now, was unheard of.

Having support from CODY anytime day or night for the life of our project has yielded large dividends. Over time, our officers have come to use the system so well that it's actually been several years since we've even needed after hours support, but it's comforting to know it's available if and when we do. The continuity of the relationship we have with CODY has been excellent. Our CODY Project Manager and Point of Contact has been with us every step of the way since the start of the project. They are always keeping an eye on our project and our needs.

At the end of the day, our goal is to keep our officers safe as they provide public-safety for our citizens. The CODY solution and its staff of trainers and project managers have helped make this possible and continue to work side-by-side with the county as we grow and evolve. We applaud CODY for the time investment on our behalf.

When I tell other departments about the kind of things I can see through C.tac, they think it's just driver's license, registration, and that's all...I say no, we have a lot more in here. We have evidence pictures, crash pictures, property, citations, anything you need to know about our department. And, now, with the integration of COBRA, we have everybody else's information as well. COBRA is the social networking version of a secure law enforcement community.
North Dakota Game and Fish Department
Robert Timian, Chief Game Warden
From my point of view as a CODY client since 2007, of all the different vendors for all types of things that we buy or services we contract, CODY has been at the top for service to the client. I have worked with CODY folks over the years and have always found them to be responsive and helpful. It appears that CODY will continue this commitment to its clients.
Falls Township Police Department

CODY's support staff and their 24/7 customer support is something that you will not get with any other product you purchase. Anytime I've needed CODY, whether it was 3 o'clock in the morning or 2 o'clock in the afternoon, I have spoken to live personnel.
Lower Allen Township Police
Gregory Thomas, Lieutenant
This is one of the best changes I've seen in my 19 years at the department. Usually, cops don't do very well with change, but this is a change they've actually embraced.
