Data drives both CODY and our customers to be our best...

CODY's slogan is Data Driven.  We chose this slogan carefully to reflect both how we view our company's guiding mission, as well as an aspirational goal for not just ourselves but also for our clients. Across all aspects of what we do, whether it be deploying an RMS system for a police department or configuring a massive cross-domain information integration platform for an entire State government, CODY is driven by data.

We are driven to listen to what data is trying to tell us - from how to keep our employees happy and fulfilled (e.g. by providing 100% subsidized healthcare benefits), to what keeps our solutions in touch with current market and customer trends (through our Wishlist customer feedback process), and of course, driving our customers to be able to better listen to their own data with solutions that allow them to pierce through the white noise to 'hear' what their data is trying to tell them.  So, at our core, CODY is Data Driven.  We are driven by data to be the best we can be, and we open up and make customer's data available, so they can be driven to use IT to be the best they can be.
