Dedicated Project Manager:

CODY assigns a dedicated project manager who handles your implementation and becomes your single point of contact during the life of your implementation, to ensure that proper communication channels are established, kept open, and continue to flow.

Statement of Work:

For all projects large and small, CODY provides a personalized SOW and Project Plan that includes a break-down of milestones, goals, risks, tasks, timelines, etc.  We work closely with agency personnel to ensure adherence to the plan.

System Education and Training:

CODY offers a full range of on-site, off-site, and web-based training, informed by our experiences with your agency and the public safety market in general.  Your sales executive and project manager will work with you to design a training program that uses all three types to their best advantage.  All CODY Subject Matter Experts are present or former law enforcement professionals, certified to train CODY Software.
